Over the past year, I’ve been working with a highly successful business owner who wanted to scale his business – without burning out in the process.
We’ve done a deep dive into delegation through an ADHD lens. This included building clear processes and systems with feedback loops, learning to trust his team without micromanaging, addressing perfectionism, and separating self-worth from business outcomes.

One particularly powerful outcome was the creation of his own personal operations manual – a practical guide outlining what helps him function at his best, regulate stress, and maintain balance over time.
