Let’s Work Together for Better ADHD Outcomes

working together

If you’re a psychiatrist or family physician, you know how life-changing ADHD medication can be. And you also know that medication alone is not a cure.

Stimulants can offer clarity and focus - but they don’t teach life skills. They’re not like antibiotics, where we expect all symptoms to resolve with a prescribed dose. A better analogy is fuel in a car: it gives the vehicle energy, but it doesn’t teach the driver how to drive.

That’s where ADHD coaching comes in.

My Role

Why ADHD Coaching Matters

ADHD is fundamentally an issue of executive function – planning, prioritizing, organizing, regulating emotions, managing time, and following through. These are learnt skills, and most people with ADHD have never been taught how to build them in a sustainable way.

As an ADHD coach, I often get referrals after the crisis has hit:

“Rock bottom became the solid foundation on which I rebuilt my life.”  But it doesn’t have to get to that point.

How we help

Early Intervention Works

With just two sessions, I can help university students understand the ADHD-specific pitfalls of higher education and begin to set up the right structure, routines, and supports they need to succeed.

For working professionals, many of whom are already on medication, five sessions or fewer is often enough to give them the tools to:

Live in the world of priorities instead of a constant state of overwhelm

Set up systems for time management and follow-through

Build productivity habits that actually stick

This is short-term, targeted, and practical support that delivers real results.

Let’s partner together

Partnering for patient success

When patients receive ADHD education and executive function coaching before they hit the wall, they’re more likely to thrive. They can learn how to steer the car - not just fuel it.

If you’re a prescriber looking to support your patients with a more comprehensive, multimodal approach I’d welcome a conversation.

Let’s work together to change the trajectory - before the crisis hits.
