Get Stuff Done

What makes ADHD coaching so transformative?

A client recently shared:

“Francine is a no-nonsense, compassionate, GET-STUFF-DONE professional. I’ve made more progress with her in 3 months than in 12 years of therapy.”

One of the key areas we’ve been addressing is creating systems to tackle the “boring hateables” – those understimulating, no-deadline tasks that ADHD brains love to avoid. The risks are real. It’s not just about laundry piling up; it can mean driving a car without insurance or skipping critical paperwork that protects your future.

So what is it that makes ADHD coaching so transformative?

One essential ingredient in the “secret sauce” is scaffolding.

I provide accountability, feedback, encouragement (yes – cheerleading!), and support between sessions via email and SMS. This structure helps clients stay on track, build momentum, and actually reach their goals.

It’s the difference between:

Someone standing on the sidelines giving you occasional pointers

vs.

Someone running alongside you, holding the bike steady until you can ride on your own.

If you’ve collected plenty of ADHD tips and strategies but haven’t experienced real change, don’t be surprised. ADHD makes activation, sustaining effort, and following through genuinely hard.

Coaching provides the scaffolding and accountability that help you turn insights into action – and action into transformation.
