Are You a Wizard?

“Are you a wizard?”
That’s how my client opened our second session.
 “Um… no. Why?”
“Because since our first session two weeks ago, I’ve:

Hit the gym consistently

Cut Coke out of my diet

Gotten great sleep

Stayed off social media

And… finished my taxes!”

Yessssssssss!!!!!
Sometimes ADHD coaching is exactly the jumpstart someone needs to take action!

People with ADHD aren’t lazy.
They often just need more structure to thrive – more deadlines, feedback, accountability, and support.

When you learn how to build these into your life (instead of always playing life on “hard mode”), you create sustainable momentum – the kind many ADHDers have never consistently experienced.

And once that momentum kicks in?
It’s like unlocking a version of yourself you always knew was in there.
